Understandably the next door neighbors of this house were a little nervous when we showed up to pressure wash this tile roof. The debris only had one place to go... their pool area! So we set up the tarp barricade that you see below to prevent their well maintained property from being bombarded by moss and debris from the cleaning. When we left everyone was clean and happy.

On the back side of these apartments there was a drop-off that prevented the use of long ladders or extension wands so it was necessary to rappel from the roof in order to clean the siding and to reach the back decks on some of the buildings. Fortunately a lift could be used on the majority of the buildings which made up this fairly large apartment complex.
